17th October 2005 - NSPCC teams with smartFOCUS to deliver improved productivity

The NSPCC has selected a range of productivity solutions from smartFOCUS that will improve their ability to access value from their donor database. Based on the smartSERVER platform NSPCC have purchased analysis, profiling, modelling, campaigning and reporting applications that will enable the marketing and donor relationship teams to create better donor insight and target their communications more effectively and with greater relevance. Due to increased data volumes and technical limitations with the existing database system the NSPCC direct marketing team identified a need for a new solution to enable them to run complex analysis and marketing campaigns more quickly and efficiently.

Following a review of the available solutions NSPCC have selected smartFOCUS because of the availability of a complete and integrated, analysis, modelling, campaigning and reporting solution, the professional consultative sales approach taken and the depth of our experience in the commercial marketplace. NSPCC will now be able to explore the value of data modelling in developing a greater insight into their donor profiles and behaviour and will be able to deploy this knowledge to productive effect.
