15th October 2007 - smartFOCUS ANNOUNCES smartREPORTER v2.4, Expands Reporting Flexibility for Marketers via the Internet

smartREPORTER is the add-in module that enables users of Microsoft Excel to easily specify and generate complex data summaries, perform analysis and create reports on data held within a smartFOCUS analysis data server (ADS), the high speed, high-volume data server optimized for marketing data analytics.

By letting clients connect to their data over the Internet, this new version of smartREPORTER gives marketers the capability to probe and segment marketing data at their desktop, conducting “hands-on” analysis, develop dashboards and sophisticated reports leveraging the functionality and flexibility of Microsoft Excel while their entire database resides safely in the smartFOCUS ADS.   Unlike other reporting tools that work from pre-assigned sets, marketers gain access to the full ADS database at every level, not just summary data, delivering the full value of their investment in marketing data to the organisation. 

smartREPORTER v2.4 is an integrated cost-effective solution that lets smartFOCUS partners empower their clients with easy access to all of their data in Microsoft Excel while the partner continues to supply advanced analysis, modelling and campaign services using smartANALYZER and smartCAMPAIGNER products.

Because smartREPORTER v2.4 enables remote connectivity, smartFOCUS partners and clients can easily automate and distribute pre defined reports, for example campaign performance, to remote or disparate locations.  smartREPORTER v2.4 offer a series of improvements designed to improve the ease and efficiency with which marketers can assemble, create and distribute reports. And since it has been developed as fully translatable, the software has a global reach for marketers operating in multiple countries and languages.

smartREPORTER v2.4 will be available through its US partner network and internationally in the first quarter of 2008.
