In the relationship, Genesis Direct will use smartFOCUS software internally to deliver analysis, business reporting and campaign management service, and offer smartFOCUS database solutions to clients via the Web.
Genesis Direct will be able to offer clients sophisticated, yet easy-to-use analytics and campaign management marketing tools to increase the return on their marketing investment.
