Creating a joined up process

Historically marketing has been seen as a vital yet stand alone process. This is no longer the case. For marketing programs to be successful, marketing must be integrated into overarching business processes. For example, there is little point in marketing sending out an offer for products and services if there is not enough of them in the warehouse.
