Driving Customer Interactions
smartCHANNEL can automate one or a series of messages and communications triggered from a range of customer interactions. From a form submission or the click of a link (from an email or a web page). Triggered messages (emails, sms, rss etc) can be configured to be sent immediately depending on the behavior exhibited by the customer, at a particular date / time in the future or when a specified period of time has elapsed. Uses include 'call back' buttons, brochure requests, event registrations, subscription reminders, customer service follow-ups... and all these automatically delivered "on-time" tailored to the customer's profile and actions.
On-time triggers can also be used to drive business processes - for example the lead management process. When web analytics data is integrated into smartCHANNEL, on-time event triggers can be used to automate follow on interaction processes including shopping cart abandonment and new customer welcome programs.
