smartFOCUS recognised by Leading Industry Analyst Firm for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management

Bristol, UK and Boston, MA – 18 May 2010 - smartFOCUS has been identified in the new Gartner Magic Quadrant for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management (MCCM).

In the independent analyst report, published in May 2010, smartFOCUS is recognised in the ‘niche players’ quadrant for its midmarket integrated campaign management software. This software combines descriptive and predictive analysis, reporting and database integration to service offline and online channels. The smartFOCUS platform supports outbound and inbound execution with e-marketing channels such as email, SMS, RSS and landing pages/micro-sites.

smartFOCUS was included in the Gartner analysis as it met all the Inclusion Criteria for the Magic Quadrant including functionality; market presence and momentum; and vendor viability.
