smartANALYZER Essentials
This course is aimed at marketers and analysts who wish to get quick access to their data. Pre-created smartANALYZER data elements are used to show the analytical functionality of smartANALYZER. We'll explore its functionality for displaying data, identifying trends, discovering consumer behaviours and targeted groups for campaigning.
Campaigner Essentials
This course is aimed at marketers and campaign managers who wish to use the profiling analysis they have developed in smartANALYZER to drive marketing campaigns. The full end-to-end campaign cycle is detailed during the course, including target preparation, design and running of the campaign.
smartANALYZER Appreciation
This course is aimed at administrators and provides an opportunity for them to experience how smartANALYZER presents data to marketers and analysts. This course forms day one of the Essentials course so there is also an opportunity to talk to other marketers and fully appreciate what they need from the marketing database you'll administer.
smartANALYZER Element Builder
Power User delegates attending Essentials may return for a third day or attend web sessions to learn about creating the smartANALYZER data elements used during analysis and consider how best to present their data for everyday analysis work.
Campaigner Administration
For those attending Essentials, a further exploration of Campaigners' Administration options is available during an additional second day or web sessions. In addition to administrative tasks we'll learn how to deal with specific campaign requirements and adopt best practice processes for campaign building & evaluation.
Reporting
This course is aimed at analysts and marketing managers who wish to use the reporting capabilities of smartREPORTER to derive campaign, product and financial analysis reports from the smartFOCUS ADS. Each report element is detailed in full, while exploring how they can be practically utilised within Excel.
Enterprise Manager Administration
This course is aimed at administrators and is designed to provide an overview of how the smartANALYZER ADS is implemented, plus an in depth session of the solution environment. The refresh process is also detailed and utilised during the course. User folder management, security, element sharing and disaster recovery are also explored during this intensive hands-on course.
eChannel Essentials
This course is designed for all new users of smartMARKETER eChannel. The aim of the session is to get delegates comfortable with navigating the system and competent in creating, sending and reporting on a basic email campaign.
eChannel Intermediate
This course covers the same material as the Essentials course but also takes in some of the more advanced features of the system. This course can be particularly useful for delegates who have used the system for some time and want to know more, or need an awareness of new features available.
eChannel Advanced Modules
For more advanced actions within smartMARKETER eChannel you can select from four modules each requiring half a day of face to face training. The aim with this approach is to provide you with the training that suits your needs at the time. You can choose to receive training on all four modules or you may wish to choose just one.
The modules are as follows:
- Dynamic Content and advanced tracking
- Form Creation
- Recurring and time dependant campaigns
- Multi-action campaigns
eMarketing Essentials Workshop
This course is designed for people who are either just starting out with emarketing or would like a refresher on the key principles of emarketing and email design. This workshop is designed to look at various real life examples and enable the delegates to create or evaluate their own designs and strategies.
By the end of the session delegates will be able to:
- Define and implement a strategy using the Hierarchy of Needs for Email Marketing
- Demonstrate an understanding of the legal requirements and best practice for email campaigns
- Understand key deliverability factors and the role they play in Spam filtering
- Evaluate subject lines, Headlines and layout for effectiveness
- Review copy and calls to action for effectiveness and readability
- Investigate factors for Relevance and Value to facilitate the creation of a Campaign Objective
- Identify the appropriate measure of success to a campaign and benchmark the results.
