Service Delivery Consultant

The applicant will be responsible for realising smartFOCUS’s operational commitments to refresh our Client’s marketing databases. This role involves checking that database refreshes have correctly run and manually intervening when issues arise. The applicant will be required to document processes followed and support the Account Management Team.
This role also provides the opportunity to learn about smartFOCUS’s software and our delivery process.
