ASTECH InterMedia Rebrands as smartFOCUS ASTECH

ASTECH InterMedia, the newsmedia division of international multi-channel marketing software company smartFOCUS, has announced that it has changed its name and branding to smartFOCUS ASTECH.

ASTECH InterMedia was acquired by smartFOCUS in May 2008.

Today smartFOCUS ASTECH’s newsmedia marketing automation and retention software solutions and dedicated managed services are relied on by more than 200 newspapers and publishers, including market-leading organizations such as Hearst Corporation, The New York Times Company, and The Washington Post. The company’s customers rely on the usability and functionality of its marketing software for online and offline campaign execution, data analysis, and segmentation, to drive marketing efficiency and productivity, while increasing the value and results of customer communication.

smartFOCUS ASTECH remains headquartered in Denver, with Tom Ratkovich as President of the division, reporting to Curt Bloom, President of smartFOCUS Inc.

Tom Ratkovich who founded ASTECH InterMedia in 1992, said: “Since we became part of the smartFOCUS Group, we have realized synergies across the board: people, processes and of course the addition of new solutions and technologies.
